Mobile working

All employees receive a laptop with which they can easily work from any location - whether in the office, at home or completely mobile while on the road. This allows employees to find the perfect workplace for them.

30 days of vacation and special leave

In addition to the 30 days of normal annual leave, all employees receive up to an additional 5 days of special leave on certain occasions.

Ergonomic workstations

Every workstation at our company is ergonomically equipped. Height-adjustable tables allow the workstations to be individually adapted.

Our employees receive detailed advice and an offer for company pension and occupational disability insurance. In addition to the deferred compensation saved, we support both with an additional payment of 30 percent.
