SAP SE® is not developing the CUA® any further; even for the current SAP IDM® on premises, further development is currently only guaranteed until 2023. Then, SAP IDM® will only be available as SaaS. In this way, changes can still be transferred in real time to all connected destination systems. Maximum flexibility is ensured by, among other things, outsourcing the assignment and modification of roles to the specialist department or key user and by enabling multi-stage release procedures.
