User Management

With SiAM user management, respective roles are assigned to SAP users. Decentralized organizational structures are consolidated to independently operating units. The classical application of the ZBV is substituted with the extended SiAM user management and brings a huge number of new and necessary functions along with it.

The user management is the central system for management and overview of all users and roles. The definition of workplaces and matrices permits a request and approval procedure in the organization. All changes are documented and work on the "4 eye" principle. As an additional function, Sivis offers web-based user management which include all functions of the request and approval procedure.
