    Cayenne scan is a practical solution for document-capture and an entry into the automatic incoming invoice process.


    Our software has been developed specifically to meet the challenges of small and medium-sized businesss and can be used immediately after installation.

    Function overview


    Cayenne scan was developed specifically for small and medium-sized companies. It is cost-effective, immediately usable and extendable.

    • Scanning

      incoming invoices are captured electronically with a desktop scanner and provided as a text-searchable PDF document.


    • Capturing

      with our new functions, the contents of the invoices (e.g. - supplier, date, value) are assigned to their appropriate position in the system. Capture is 60-80% quicker.


    • Forwarding

      The invoice is forwarded electronically to the department (an email workflow is included).


    • Importing

      Data are available electronically for other work - e.g. recording in the book-keeping system (CSV or XML-Format).

    All Cayenne software modules can be combined with one another.
