Role Generator

The role generator is the central tool with which authorizations are captured and implemented. Management of roles is achieved structurally with the help of the reference model and customer system data.

Starting with the definition of individual business functions right up to organizational characteristics (e.g. different branches, etc), roles are captured and generated with the press of a button. It offers pre-fabricated choice of authorization objects along with quick and easy assignment.

Flexible fit to business structure

Regardless of the size of the business, organization structures must be flexible and adaptable. This is also true for EDP systems and access to them. Therefore, any changes - e.g. in staff, or organization - must be delivered quickly into SAP systems.
