Directly from the cockpit, SAM signature automatically provides an email with pre-defined text suitable for respective suppliers.
The electronically verified and signed invoice (according to legal guidelines) automatically attached in this email can be encrypted, or not, as required.
With an available email server, this email is then sent directly to the pre-defined address of the supplier /invoice recipient.
All outgoing documents can be directly archived, along with their signature and history
