SilverStripe is available under the BSD license (license for free software that may be freely used, including being copied, changed and distributed).

Magnolia - Simple Open Source Content Management

Magnolia is a Java based CMS that enables - like SilverStripe - a barrier-free transfer of web presence. There are different license models.
