• Scanning of receipts (e.g. hotel bills)
  

  Incoming invoices are captured electronically with a desktop scanner.

• Automatic recognition
  

  With fully developed and proven OCR recognition software, the contents of the invoices or receipts (hotel, traveler, amount, etc) are automatically recognized. Capture is 60-80% faster.

• Automatic booking / re-recording with XML

  Afterwards, comparison and automatic booking occur in the operator system. Differences can be transferred over a Portal / workflow for further processing.
