Function overview

When we began to develop cayenne desktop, an intuitive user interface was one of our priorities. The application combines a workflow client with the functions of document management and groupware.

The individual configuration means each function can be activated or deactivated as required.

• Receiving

  the advantages of a desktop application combined with those of a web application, guarantees mobility, speed and ’intuitivity’. All information is received ready-sorted into an inbox. The combination view provides the necesssary transparency.

• Processing

  Cayenne desktop optimises business processes and the workload-distribution via skill-based routing. 

• Responding

  forwarding and responding to workflow items (business objects such as invoices, documents, etc) is controlled by skill based routing.
